I would give a no star if an option. We pulled up with a truck and camper. We couldn’t go in, the lobby was locked. Then walked through the drive through and they would not serve us because we were not in a vehicle. One of the workers was very rude to us in the parking lot about it being a drive through not a walk through. Maybe a new truck and camper are not good enough to get a meal there or at least decent manners.

The lobby was closed before 8:00 p.m. even though the sun was still up. Going through drive-thru with six cars in front of me was a bit ridiculous. It's called fast food for a reason! You all need to have that Lobby open at least till the sun sets.

One of the best Taco Bell experiences ever. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was well prepared. It was disappointing that the dining room was closed, but that was made up for by everything else.

This location is drive thru only, has a big dining area but stays shut. You can't even get food to go, you have to go through the drive thru. So if you don't have a car or are close enough to walk, tough. The last two times I used the drive thru, it took almost 30 minutes both times. With only 6 cars in front of me, dining room closed and still take forever. I'm done, you've lost a customer forever.
