Wells fargo is the WORST BANK I EVER had please do not ever go to this bank they will overdraft you intentionally and not pay you and also its a lot of lawsuits going on with scamming with wells fargo . Please use another bank thus bank Is a set up for failure.

Very bad customer service. Seems like Everytime I go in there 1 out of 5 visits is a decent experience. The employees don't want to work, they rather pick the easy option for themselves instead of what's more convenient for the customer. Always backing each other when you have a complaint. My last visit I was a walk in and and didn't have a appointment and I had to return three times because either there is no space for me, they don't pick up my phone calls even if you have their extension, or they simply won't call you back when they promise to.

Jose Gonzalez is a HORRIBLE representation of customer service, and for the company as a whole. I came for a check conversion on behalf of my employer, and was spoken to so condescendingly that it'd make a toddler cringe. He's obviously not aware of his own company's policies on check conversions for businesses, and he's very snide and snarky. You may want to think twice about whom you place as service managers! This is why most people prefer to utilize local credit unions versus big banks!!!

HATE this bank. Everyone that works in it tells you something different (other than maybe 3 employees I’ve dealt with). I’ve been a customer for 15+ years. It’s always something. Standing in a line almost out the door for 45mins & can’t let your child use the restroom is ridiculous, when she’s used it many times in the past. I’ve had my account blocked to cause returned checks over fraud without ANY notice. I could go & on. Needless to say I’m in the market for a new business account elsewhere.
