Great menu and love that it changes periodically. Cocktails are fantastic. Food is delicious. Service is great. Lots of outdoor seating (for table service) and standing room for drink grabbing. Love the atmosphere. Highly recommend. Street parking or YMCA across the street after certain hours (read signs).

I personally didn't like the Sunday menu or my food. I asked for eggs fried hard and received eggs over easy (I don't send food back to the kitchen). Also, the grits, beans, and smothered gravy were not to my liking. I didn't like what I had and only ate the sausage and pieces of the egg white. I didn't like my meal; however, I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying this restaurant for themselves. I also ordered fries, which were delicious. The restaurant also has a cute design and is very comfortable.

The Goodyear House 🎉😻 was such a great experience…. 🤩 ambiance ✅ service ✅ food ✅ The homemade rolls with honey butter were off the chain- warm bread makes me happy 😆🍞#carbs We had the marinated shrimp with mignonette butter, chili oil and saltines- The butter and chili oil was such a great combo 🦐🧈 I needed some greens so we went with the chopped wedge which had iceberg, Benton’s bacon, blue cheese with buttermilk dressing and ranch crumbs- they had me at ranch…. 💕 The creamy collards were decadent… loved more bacon & garlic (yes please)! 🙌🏻 The maltagliati pasta- perfectly cooked with mussels and chorizo 🍝 My favorite part of the night was the shaken fry bag with the togarashi spice. Had such a good kick to it and I did a little shimmy with my fry bag 🍟♥️ Last but not least was the Mississippi roast which was braised pork shoulder, red grits, pickled peppers with a milk gravy- WHOA- The pork was so tender and the gravy was absolutely delicious Loved their bar too- had a really great selection of local beers and wine. Can’t wait to go back and try other things

This place is one of the coolest restaurants I have been to in NoDa and the east side of Charlotte. The seating is amazing: inside and plenty of thoughtful igloos and picnic tables for large and small groups to gather. The cocktails were professional and just what I wanted. The interior feel is so quaint! The bathrooms were clean! There is a handicap ramp entrance. Highly recommend!

Definitely they have a private room for parties and an amazing outdoor seating area
Hi! All of our staff are required to wear masks, frequent handwashing is encouraged, and tables are no closer than 6 feet apart. Employees are asked daily health screening questions. Further, each table and high touch point areas are sanitized frequently with a specially formulated spray from one of our vendors. Our private igloo spaces are sanitized and allowed to air out for 15 minutes between parties, as per CDC guidelines. We take the health of our staff and the health of our guests extremely seriously, and do not allow grouping in any area of the restaurant, in order to practice social disctancing.
Hi! The igloos are gone until the weather cools off a bit more, likely mid to late-fall. As Ducky mentions, the igloos are like ovens of the temps are above 60 degrees.
Hi! We will be opening in September! Look forward to hosting you and yours!
