I accidentally missed one of our bags when returning from San Francisco to Sonoma Airport. I called Airport Express to see if they had it, then found out that it was still at the San Francisco Airport. The next day I was preparing to drive the 4 hour round trip to pick up the bag. Tony Geraldi from Airport Express called to check about my bag. Upon learning of my upcoming drive, he gave me a complimentary round trip on the Express. No struggling with traffic and a comfortable, safe ride down and back. Thank you Tony and Airport Express. I will continue to travel with you!

Nice, safe, professional drivers. Easy, convenient way to get to airport. Wifi and seat outlets work inconsistently.

Overall, I have had several positive experiences on Sonoma County Airport Express. It is with great displeasure that I report the ride I am on is an exception to my usual positive ordeald with them. The bus tonight, which was supposed to leave at 6:30 pm, instead got to SFO's terminal 2 at 7:20- a whole 50 minutes after its expected time. I had called the number on their website, and the representative proceeded to tell me they were not made aware of this delay and that I should call another number, which was disconnected. To be fair, with the fact that its raining and the general noise of the airport, it's a very real possibility that I misheard the numbers, but it certainly was frustrating. The bus driver apologized for being late, cracking a few jokes about it, again, annoying, but a sense of humor was needed and I do respect that. However, while entering San Francisco and stopped at a red light, he literally got up from his seat behind the wheel to run and talk to someone about taxi's in the back. I am horrified at the saftey risk that posed to myself and everyone else on the bus. While I understand yelling is annoying, its a lot better than a crash. I truly hate that this is my review of the company. My experiences usually range from mediocre to very good. But I am not pleased by tonight's interaction.
