When the dog tried to find the new kitten by digging through the sleeper sofa I bought here less than one year ago I was back. Sarah greeted me. She was very helpful. She looked up my last sofa and, though discontinued, showed me the almost exact new model. She even suggested options to repair the old one, though it was pretty bad off. We found a new couch. She was very patient with my 2 and 4 year old boys. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.

I have nothing bad to say. From walking in, we had great service, they said 1 - 2 weeks for the order, it arrived in one week, and we were able to schedule delivery for 3 days later. Delivery was exceptionally smooth. This is exactly how a transaction should go with a company. Will 100% go back, and will recommend them!!

We picked up our furniture and they built it for us at no charge.
We require masks, offer hand sanitizer, have signs for social distancing, spray all upholstery/mattress each morning and clean high traffic areas twice a day. We also still offer appointments before the store opens for high risk individuals. At times our store gets very busy during regular hours so we are happy to open up early to allow customers a private viewing of the store with help directly from a manager. Appointments can be made by calling the store. We allow one appointment per day, one hour before the store opens. Thanks!
