Came in last minute because my air conditioner stopped working and I'm going on a road trip the next day. They were able to determine what the issue was and fixed it for me. They were incredibly nice and I had a good experience for the 8.5 hours I was there :) Will be returning for all future needs.

Great place, only downside they charge 100 bucks just to check your car out, I think if they are also gonna service the car the checking of the car should be free, but if you take it elsewhere for service then yes charge 100

Wonderful experience getting new tires put on. We had an alignment done and added new wiper blades too. Cant beat a 70,000 mile warranty. Customer service was nice and they were courteous. Two waiting room areas w phone chargers for customers and restrooms too.

I've got no complaints, happy with my service I've recieved! You would have to be more specific with your service.
They don't do just the front end. They do all 4 tires. It costs $79.

Use The Goodyear place, believe the proper name is Kingsport Auto. Stone Drive near Grants. I've had Years of great service there. Bet you will too
In stock they have tires. And a few more popylar items like wioers and oil filters and such. For items you mentioned they would contact dealers or in some cases salvage yards. But in my experiene because of quality, condition and warranty on parts/work, they generally avoid used parts. That being said they will install them if you bring them in..
Someone probably put it off so they can do something else making more money..they don't care about anyone..and they don't care what's good or bad on a car or truck..theyll just give you a list of stuff wrong with your car or truck and try to get you to approve as much as possible.. especially the manager since his salary is determined by how much work the employees do.. anytime you get a list of stuff wrong with your car or truck, take it to another shop..im willing to bet that theres nothing on that list that even needs to be done to your car or truck and if there is it'll only be maybe 1 or 2 things..
They accept major credit cards. They also have a Firestone credit card. I applied online and used it to fix my cars.
