I personally hardly give reviews but this time I had to do it due to the great customers services I received from independence Insurance Center. I feel so relieved knowing that if anytime I needed help they’ll be willing to help without any hestitation. The whole team there is very helpful and kind. We're sorry but nope! Only DMV can do it. We are authorized by the DMV for vehicle-related transactions including Title Transfer, Vehicle Registration, Registration Renewal, Plate Replacement, Vin Verification, and other vehicle-related service. We do not offer services for DL/ID.

Don't worry! We can help you to check whether the DMV has processed your transaction. If it was successfully processed and you did not receive the sticker, your mail might get lost. The number of required documents might be vary by case. In general, you would need to ensure your Title is signed in the correct fields. The person(s) named on the front of the original title must sign this document in order to release ownership. Next, you would need a Smog Certificates. A vehicle is exempt from the smog check requirement if your vehicle is less than 4-year-old as well as when a smog check has been done within 90 days prior to the transfer date. Customers are more than welcome to bring in documents and our staff will provide with detailed instruction on specific case.
