I went into the dealership to look at my options to see whether I should purchase my lease or buy a new car. At first, I was dubious due to the renovation on the outer part of the building, but when I came inside, Sheen greeted me and was very professional and courteous, he helped me purchase my lease and also referred me to their parts department to get tires and touch up paint for my car. Overall, I'm very pleased with Sheen (Salesperson), Shaun (Desk Manager), and TJ (Floor Manager).

Four days ago, I saw an ad in both Auto Trader and Car Gurus for a 15 passenger van at this dealership. The sale price was attractive, and I called to let the sales manager know that I work for a non-profit and was in need of a 15 passenger van, and that the price was right in our budget. He told me to come in and test drive it and we could go from there. I drove 3 hours to see the van, and after driving it, was ready to purchase it. I was shocked when the salesman showed me an out the price that was $7000 more than the advertised price. When I showed him the ad from Auto Trader, he told me that the dealer website showed that there was markups. That may be true, but no where was it listed in the Auto Trader or Car Guru ads. To say that I was extremely disturbed, is a massive understatement. I drove 6 hours round trip, and used $80 in gas to leave with nothing, because the dealership is using a method of getting more money that is frankly, very unethical! Beware!!!

If I could give this dealership a 0, I would. My car has been having issues with the RPM dropping WHILE DRIVING. I paid close to $1,000 for them to fix this issue & exactly one month later, this problem happened again! What’s worse is that each time it’s happened, it’s been while I’m driving on the freeway with my kids. I’ve brought it back 3 separate times & each time there is NO SOLUTION. Our advisors have very little communication when it comes to updates on the car, my husband has to continuously reach out in order to get any kind of update. I am leaving once again with my car problems unresolved & that’s after we brought an auto zone diagnosis & video footage of when it’s happened. We’ve asked for a loaner, but unfortunately, they “have none available.” My husband & I have not only wasted money, but he’s been having to take time off work & still no solution to this constant problem. Not only that, this is extremely dangerous for this issue to continue to come up. I don’t even feel safe driving my car anymore. If anybody has connections to a RELIABLE mechanic, please let me know.

My 18 year old son was looking to purchase a specific BMW car and this dealership was lucky enough to get one as a trade in. The car had extensive service records and had been well taken care of. Will, our salesman was respectful, kind, patient and real. Jacob the service manager was flexible, responsive and willing to work with us. We would recommend this dealership and appreciate their willingness to work with us.

Go back to the dealer, and ask them to reset oil service notification! Which should have been done when you got your oil changed.
I confirm that they are owed 2 more payments. My record of payments are accurate and precise. But for some reason they feel obligated to ignore the fact that my lease was for 36 payments and will not reasonably explain how 36 =38 payments. They dont even have documentation copies of my lease.

Call parts dept. and ask but it is more than 15 years old so I doubt it. Search online for used or substitute.
