Looks like they help alot of people with food etc👍🏻... However if you are one of the Trucks bringing meat or vegetables etc and have a appointment forget about it. Place very unorganized for Deliverys small docks crowded with people walking all over the place when you are trying to park. Driver before me said it was 6 hours to get unloaded I am waiting on 5th hour and they just started to unload me... So pack a lunch and maybe a10 hour break....🤦♂️

I was very impressed with the supervisor at this facility. This gentleman was very professional and alert to customers needs. Great working knowledge and ethics. I wish I would have gotten his name but I want to thank him for his service to community in need.

I have been calling since last Friday they say put your phone number and they will get back to you for me it's bee three days and I haven't heard back from them I put my phone so many time they keep you on hold for over 20 to 25 min the. They say put you number and they will call back but they don't call back its best to drive down there

This place is amazing they help people who need help paying their energy bills. I was so grateful when they kept me from being disconnected when I was struggling after getting laid off. I paid what I could towards my bills but eventually it added up even after finding a job it was too much to get myself caught up and I was desparate and these amazing people got me caught up. I can never thank them enough.

If you go down there around 9am, the applications are sitting outside in a box. Get a copy of your gas and electric bill, your proof of income and I.D. Put all of that in an envelope, with your name on the outside, through the mail slot in the door.
Senior and elderly people require foods that are low in sodium, sugar and artificial drinks and foods.
Go online and print required document list along with an application. Once all required documents are gathered go to Action and drop off through door slot. Someone will contact you once application is submitted

Yes. The utilities department will help pay for gas or electric if you qualify and if their funding is available. When you call someone will screen you over the phone to see if you might be eligible.
