One of the worst KFCs in the Area. Customer service is all but void. I did try last week and it appears there is a new causain young man working the drive thru with a WONDERFUL attitude. Maybe the owner or managers got tired of complaints about the nasty mean rude others and decided to find people with home training and a great personality to greet their customers. I'll try again next week and follow up

They need a whole new staff. Customer service was very poor. The biscuit was like a brick and they always run out of things.

Haven’t had KFC in years, since the decline of it’s business, food, service, staff, reputation, etc. Thought I give it another try at another location; absolutely regret it. It’ll be another 5-10 years before I try again. I was ashamed to ask my family if they enjoyed it.

Workers have no customer service skills whatsoever...ordered KFC with fries for side by the time i got to the window they proceeded to tell me they ran out of fries for the day, shouldve told me at the drive thru ( in a tone that you could tell none of them wanted to be there, lady you arent doing me a favor its the other way around cause i can take my business 10 min down the road ) I dont know if the owner is reading reviews but this place needs to be sold or you need to look for a whole new set of staff who actually know how customer service works...on a side note you should be charged with " murder by suffocation" for these dry "biscuits" y'all are serving to the public
