As a former employee of this location it is extremely disappointing going to this store and encountering not only terrible food, but poor customer service. My father-in-law took my kids through the drive-thru a little while back, was pulled forward and waited nearly 20 minutes before going back through the drive thru to ask about their order. Staff, including the manager were extremely rude and literally refused to give them their food. Instead, he was given a refund for an order that wasn’t even his. I’ve been there a couple of times and it was my experience 2 mornings ago that finally made me wanna leave this review. This time, Sue Dages ;always the sweetest lady) was her usual sweet and delightful self. However, before I even got to the second window, the young lady had my bag hanging out the window waiting for me. As I approached, not a word said, she basically threw my bag at me. I’m just wondering what happened to the amazing customer service this store use to have. I know this use to be one of the busiest fast food restaurants in town, and the customers would get so frustrated but, we, as a team would work together to ensure that [nearly] everyone left happy. Not anymore. Come on MCDS, get it together!!

Went inside because the drive thru was super busy but I stood there for a good while and was ignored. To top it off there was a male manager in the front showing another employee how to load a machine right in the front as well as many other employees coming and going. They never looked up. Not a single one said sorry for your wait, someone will

I like McDonald's it's always been good for a quick bite to eat. The service is fast and they keep the restaurant clean inside and out. The employees have been very courteous and strive to make sure your order is correct. They follow the recommendations for Covid 19 prevention. This restaurant's food is classic and loved by many of us. Their food is fresh and packaged well and the employees seem to work diligently to make sure of this and the management is always busy overlooking activities and making sure things are going smoothly. They are reasonably priced with their food and service is usually quick. They do stay busy because they are good. Thank you for your time.

Still sitting in slot 1 waiting 40 minutes for them to fix a burger that they screwed up on and gave me a chicken sandwich so still waiting on a burger I think that they had to go kill the cow and the manager is the one that was correcting the issue good thing it not fast food and they caught and cook the cow now Lol
