They are so hard to get ahold of. I moved into my new place and we have had no AC for 6 days and they’ve done very little to help us. The dishwasher is clogged and they wouldn’t give us measurements for fridge, washer & dryer so we had to wait until we moved in to figure it out and get them ordered. Which meant another week for delivery. Very sub par experiences with this company.

Not only was Dan immediately more personable, but he told me the truth right up front. I knew exactly what kind of work we'd potentially need to do to get a renter in our place.
