So, I went into to Spencer's to get change from a ten dollar bill, any change. They refused to do so and told me to go to an ATM. Completely rude! Tell me to go spend money on an ATM fee when all they had to do was pop the register. They lost a long time customer. W2g Spencer's employees!

I wanted to leave a good review, I really did. But what kind of place doesn't do cash refunds, nothing saying this on the receipt, nothing showing anywhere near the registers, no one telling you this? What kind of place has such bad customer service that they laugh when you get frustrated trying to return something you paid cash for and they tell you no? If someone, ANYONE would have said something, I would have paid with card. No, you did not tell me when you handed me the receipt. If you would have it would have been too late anyway, considering you only hand someone the receipt AFTER they pay for something. No, I highly doubt you just started this policy today. If you did, it would be a much bigger deal telling someone about it. Either way, you're not doing your job warning people about this policy when they purchase something. VERY unprofessional.

I went into this location to browse around and kill some time and also see if there's anything that I might want the store is packed with lots of items and of all kinds of different ideas but what shocked me the most was the adult section in the back just remember when you're bringing in young kids to keep them in the front of the store and away from the lingerie and toy section. Other than that the store was clean all the products seem to be in their original boxes and not Dusty at all the manager took her time to ask if she can help and how I was doing so the customer service in my opinion was okay. I would recommend this place if you're looking for some type of novelty gift.
