Got Nails!

I made an appointment for the dip powder manicure and signature pedicure with gel polish. When I arrived I was asked to pick out a gel color for my pedicure. Once I had my choice of color I was sat at a pedicure station. When my nail tech asked me what pedicure I wanted, I told her my appointment was for the signature pedicure with gel polish. She told me there wasn't enough time for that and insisted that I pick a different service. I didn't want to make a big deal about it so I selected the jelly pedicure with gel polish. The nail tech did an ok job with the actual polish but the rest of my appointment left alot to be desired. The sugar scrub was slathered on my legs with no actual "scrubbing" and the feet buffing lasted a total of 5 seconds. I was very disappointed as I was expecting a relaxing experience. Moving on to my dip powder manicure, I had a different nail tech. She did an ok job on the powder application but failed to clean up the remaining powder that was on my fingers as you can see from the pictures. After I washed my hands I went back to ask her to clean it up but she had already left the station. Frustrated at this point so I just paid and left. I won't be returning and would not recommend this salon if you're looking for a relaxing experience.

Everytime I go in I am greeted by their lovely receptionist. Their always so sweet and never look at you like judgment. I have been going to Gina for about 10 months now and she is by far the most amazing. I always leave happy and amazed and never unsatisfied. Highly recommend coming here if you love to chat with your nail tech and grow a great bond! ❤️ The black swirl design are my current nails!

This is my second time coming to Got nails! I absolutely love their service. Super quick and very detailed. I showed my tech a reference photo and she did even better than the photo. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
