How do you miss a chicken sandwich. My wife ordered and waited almost 20 minutes and the order had everything but a whole chicken sandwich. Will not be going back to this chick-fil-a. The northern Durham store needs to open back up so we can the service we know and have come to love.

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A in Durham. Just went there today. It will be my last time at this location. Only two people in the drive thru, and one at the window. The drive thru person got my order wrong three times. She also got my name wrong. I received my sandwiches, and then the lady tried to give me four waters. The person in the drive thru somehow put four medium waters. The sandwiches were also far from satisfying. They were extremely small compared to the other Chick-Fil-A's. Very disappointed. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

I have made 2 large breakfast catering orders for my classes this school year and this location always does a really good job of making sure my order is finished in a timely fashion and piping hot. It is correct and they are very generous with the sauces. They made a lot of high schoolers really happy this school year!

This Chick-Fil-A location is extremely disappointing and does not do the brand justice. Of the last 5 times I’ve ordered (always through the app so my order is precise/no “lost in communication” problems with the staff), I’ve always had something missing or wrong. Fries under or over cooked. Salads old. It’s just sad from a brand that is usually one of my favorite as a “Signature Member”
