The food is great and my family loves it, but today’s service was not so great… I ordered online at about 6:45 and it said it would be ready at 7:14, and I get there exactly 7:15. It wasn’t very busy. I told the girl at the register the name on my online order and she was friendly, she let the other workers know and said that they’re working on it. I stood near the counter for about 15 min and it still wasn’t ready. The workers behind the counter were messing around and joking with each other, which is fine.. but they were fully aware I was standing there waiting and didn’t acknowledge or update me. Another 15 min go by and I’m a little annoyed. Still nobody is talking to me and I’m very obviously waiting for my order and I feel like I’m being ignored. Finally, a guy from the kitchen comes out and asks me if I’ve been helped, I tell him my name and he checks the rack of orders and immediately hands it to me. My order was there the whole time and nobody bothered to give it to me. I told him that I had told the cashiers about my order and he said “sorry.” The food was cold. Just a pretty annoying experience and it seems like customer service is lacking a bit.

I go to this place at least once a week as it’s one of my favorites in the area. The food is always incredibly fresh and very tasty. The staff is very kind and very informative when I make my selections. Today I met the owner’s son while I was getting ready to check out. He was extremely kind! Thank you sassool! you have a lifetime customer!

Sassool is a fantastic option for vegetarian or gluten free food. I'm neither and I still love eating there. The kabobs are great, as well as most of the sides. They have a drink station where one can get free refills on soda or tea. There are plenty of comfortable seating options, including both indoor and outdoor seating.

Gréât yummy food and lots of variety with vegetarian options and reasonable prices! Take am away was easy and fast with friendly services. Gréât place to dine in and with outdoor seating to catch up with friends in a nice day

Sassool does not accept Google Pay at this time...just cash, credit cards and local checks.
It does not advertise as halal. I do not think it is. They do have plenty of good vegetarian options though beside meat.
