I ordered a 4" tuna and an 8" Firehouse Hero for delivery. Both sandwiches arrived in the bag. Neither of the sandwiches had a pickle with them (as stated on the site). I believe the pickles may have been taken out by the Grubhub driver (or his passenger - who actually brought the bag to my door) as the bag was not sealed and there were greasy finger all over the top of the bag. The sandwiches were delicious and I will order them again but not through a delivery service. I am only rating this order 3 stars as I don't know if the pickles were not included or they were stolen by the driver/passenger. I will update this review after I go to Firehouse in person and try their food again.

Closed at 12:20pm (Lunch). Not a sign on door, recording on phone or anyway to cancel online order. But still great subs if you can get them.

I ordered a large sub to go and was served what was the stalest bread possible. It was as dried out as a crouton as it had to have been sitting on a shelf for days. I am amazed that anyone working food service would allow that out the door. I ended up throwing it away just to make sure I didn’t get any kind of food born illness. Check your order before you leave if you are risky enough to eat here.
