Seriously Waited 2 hours for food just for it to be messed up and the manager not very willing to help. I gave them another chance and I'm extremely disappointed. Won't be going back again

They have good food and my food is always fresh. Even when I order delivery they’re at my house within 25-30 minutes. The customer service is always excellent.

Ordered a 10pc wing at 9:53 for delivery. Delivery isn’t set to close till 1030 and it was expected to be delivered between 1055-1105. At 1030 I called to get an update on my order and I was confirmed via phone call the order had been placed and was already otw to my house (15 mins away). At 1130 I called again because I still had not received my order, and at that time I was told by the same lady who originally told me my order was otw, was that it had now been cancelled. Completely unprofessional. Complete waste of time. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I originally rated this place poorly because of bad customer service on a busy night. We have ordered many more times since then and had great service. I’m super pleased with the food. Their salads are great.
