Noodles and Company has a cozy, atmosphere, pleasant decor and an impressive sounding menu. The service was great and very pleasant.  The food was served quickly. However my enthusiasm waned just as quickly.  I went in looking forward to ordering the Thai Chicken Soup as advertised but was told it's not on the menu. So I ordered the Pad Thai with Buttered Noodles and the Tomato Basil Bisque instead. Though I was impressed by the service,, atmosphere and decor, and I hate giving negative reviews  I must be honest... The Tomato Basil Bisque was overcooked to the point of being dark in color and tasting scorched. The Buttered Noodles were a bit undercooked and bland. And the Pad Thai tasted like your typical economy brand of dehydrated "cup of noodles", just add hot water. The quality of the food really didn't match up to the atmosphere and service. I was honestly disappointed.  However I think this problem can be solved with genuine TLC from the kitchen staff. I may return to try other menu items and to check for improvement but I'd have to say to others... try it at your own risk.

The extra sauces weren’t in the bag and this is how our bread and butter. My soup was amazing per usual but the sauces for my daughters order were missing and did not have the extra shrimp in the Alfredo pasta. I always look forward to the bread and this specific butter tastes amazing. Our previous orders have had the butter thrown in the bag and melted when arrived but today they placed the butter and bread in a separate bag but the butter was still melted.
