I don't know if it's the lack of staff or what? But this BK hasn't opened their dining room in like 2 years and closes thier drive thru extremely early. Like 7:45 on a Friday evening... very Disappointed with this location anymore....

BK in Carbondale used to be a great stop. That is not the case now. First of all they took away customer choice. The only place to buy a meal is at the drive by window. Not good if are not in a car. The sit down part of BK is closed and the door is locked. That means there is no counter service also. BK does not open until 8AM. That is at least an hour too late. If you order is not correct from the drive window where to you go to get it fixed? Until they remedy these issues we suggest find another fast food place.

Burger King in Carbondale was not to bad. Prompt service, adequate seating, and no issues with the food. Not much of a fast food person, but the kids love it now and then. Tried the Impossible Burger which was not too bad at all!

They don't deliver
Location is so so. Have gotten stale buns loaded with to much mayo, no onion, and cold burgers at least 5 times this month. Went back about the lack of onion, tomato and told I should pay for extra. One onion and one tomato. Unreal. Not what it used to be
