Great customer service and beautiful craftsmanship. I was one of those (more than?) mildly annoying customers who wrote too many emails making sure the boots were going to be perfect, and they are. Their customer service always got back to me same day and answered all of my questions. I ordered Smoke Ramblers in size 11 EE and the pictures on the website don't even do them justice. Fantastic leather, extremely well built. Right up there with Nick's and whites. I'll be picking up another pair just as soon as I can convince my wife that a person can never have too many boots.
