Waited an hour before being helped. There were 2 employees working the floor. One spent her time chit-chating with a customer. Finally the manager came out from the back. She helped us but her attention on our needs was 50%. The real frustrating part was shortly after we were finally helped, 2 other employees also came out from the back. The eye opening part was several days later we visited an xfinity store, a completely different and positive experience. I will never shop this verizon store again.

Terrible customer service. What's the point of a store if they are just going to tell you to call verizon directly?

See Morgan, she's the bomb! Helped me resolve an issue that's been a year long problem. Verizon has challenges, but Morgan ain't one of them. Sadly, Verizon has a LOT of issues, don't know who's running this place, but Morgan at corporate store is willing to go the distance. Job well done

I had an issue pertaining to getting locked out of my prepaid account and could not resolve it alone online or through Verizon automated call centers. I came in about half an hournbefore closing and was assisted by Kai and someone he was helping with learning the ways of their tablets. He was incredibly helpful and the crew were kind, patient, and mostly knowledgeable to the issue I had. I believe verizon isn't the greatest company but the workers here helped me get my account reset and fixed. When I asked about getting some additional data for the month Kai pointed out I was on a plan 5hat was phased out, "Legacy" I think he called it. He helped upgrade me to a plan of the same cost with double the monthly data usage available. The staff here were nice and enjoyable to work this out with and I recommend you try coming here. Thanks Kai, and thanks to the others.
