The bus system here is pretty good. Most of the drivers are very good people but a few of the drivers are very rude to people.

A lot of the drivers spend a lot of there time sitting down at the transit station just sitting here. I was there and a couple busses were here for about 45 mins.

its ok, its free, you just have to be nice to the drivers and don't be late, always be there before the bus arrives, they don't wait at all! but its like any other bus transit, except you deal with the homeless people. but all in all, I take it all the time and I get around just ok. don't wear any nice clothes on the bus otherwise it will smell really bad.

Thank you so much to the drivers, dispatch, and anyone else involved in City buses. I get to work on time 99% of the time, and that one percent when things come up, hey we are all human. Thank you all. I've seen people verbally abuse the bus driver, and I hope there is a way to ban offenders from the bus, at least temporarily. That's not cool.

LR Silence has correct answer, however, they will have Sunday service beginning September 8th on lines 1-6, and the new downtown line.
Its run by the city of Albany and all info is here: https://loop.cityofalbany.net
Service ends at 9 pm for the route 5. I'd reccomend getting the Corvallis bus app for the real time info on when the bus will get there.
The city is planning for Sunday service to start by Jan 2020.

It's always best to approach the driver directly about any situation you have questions of. Otherwise, it's only speculation. If passengers violate the rules often enough, they can be excluded from riding the bus.
