I am a past client here. I was discharged this January. I have a few issues.. I was at the unit called “Cummings” for my entire stay there. I was there for 11 months in total. My father didn’t want to help me get out. I got beat up, threatened, yelled at, and emotionally hurt many, many times. I faked everything, I didn’t get better whatsoever. I have even worse PTSD than I did before. I enjoyed many of the staff though! They were all pretty cool. Just some of them were on a power trip and thought they were superior to the clients. I had quite a few people I hung out with but eventually we turned against each other. Except some. The milieu changed so much. I felt like I was gonna be there forever. I felt like there was no hope in ever getting out. I don’t really even know why I was there to be completely honest. My therapist was okay. But I really don’t even know where my treatment was going.. it wasn’t the greatest place. I wish I had never went. That is all.

Very expensive for what it is. Diagnosis on day one went into action after 3 months of waiting. which was also 1 week before were picking our child up. Slow, non responsive service. Child feels like staff doesn’t care. Doctor suggested trying meds that we had already tried there cause he forgot! Overall a negative experience when something good was what we needed. Now all we have are the bills! Tens of thousands.

I'm still a client here, and it's definitely got some things it can work on but it's better than being dead. The staff listen and there doing there best with covid and low staffing. But your experience can differ depending what cottage your in. The higher security seems a little worse but mallet is chill and the teachers are nice and understanding. My alter came out during school and she started crying cuz she didn't know what to do and are teacher gave her work she could understand <3

So blessed CFH exists. It was not at all a comfortable experience. Some of the most difficult traumas and emotions we're faced here. However, the compassion and care received from CFH is unparalleled. I can't say it was easy being apart for so long, but serious changes had to happen, and did. My baby got her life back. I can't thank you enough.

The tremendous loss of a teenager dying from his severe illness was devastating – for you as his friend, and for all the people working at Trillium – 2016 was a very difficult year for all of us. His death was a tragedy, and I think of him frequently too. At Trillium we do everything we can to prevent youth suicide. It is heartbreaking that this is the leading cause of death for youth in our country. Mental health is part of whole person health, and we believe in breaking down the stigma around mental health to help save lives. I would be interested in talking to you personally, if you are interested - please feel free to call me. Jessie Eagan, Sr. VP of Residential Operations

So sad. These people are entrusted to care for these children. And instead are abusive. My grandson was in Red Rock Academy and those kids rioted. Look that up St. George, Utah. That was shut down.
The Heritage Mall is closest, it's in Albany.
No. They can't have proof of the abuse that goes on there get out.
The Farm Home is one of the residential campuses of Trillium Family Services, and continues to provide residential treatment to adolescents in need of mental health support. We would love to have you come to campus for a tour or to talk about your experiences, if you are interested! Jessie Eagan, Sr. VP of Residential Ops
Don't send your kids there. PLEASE. Read the reviews first.
