Back home in Missouri, we call this place HuHot. You pick your own food out in a buffet style line. Then you take it to a large grill where you wait for it to cook. I find it very delicious. There is a bar for drinks, outside eating. The first night the music was way too loud, but the next time I went it was better.

Highly recommend!! America and Raul were very great to my family and I. Very caring and attentive of their customers. The food was amazing as well. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of my food or drinks but I got to choose what paste and what I wanted in my paste and just hand it to the cook to cook it. They also have a salad option. I had a mojito and a melon mule they were so good props to the bartender.

It is always a nice experience. I bring people here if it is their first time trying something different. The set up is still the same now that they have reopened after the pandemic shutdown. Dine-in and patio are still options. The food/ingredients bar is still there under the sneeze guards. They just ask that you wear gloves that they provide before selecting your choices. They have so many choices and combinations that you can make from different vegetables to different carbs to different meats and seafood and then there are many sauces to finalize your meal. The great thing is that you can go back again and again and create a completely different meal since it is still all-you-can-eat! Not to mention that, in addition to the grilled stuff, you can build-your-own salad, too!

They don't, but they have some times special meats, and seafood. For example I have seen top sirloin, salmon, mahi mahi, Ono, ground beef hamburger meat, Turkey and so forth, I haven't seen lamb until now.
Park on the 4th floor in the parking structure and they validate your parking at the restraunt
My father is allergic and I know if food touches the same cooking surface w/o being cleaned 1st, he has a reaction. But everyone's different. Good food though!

You have the wrong place. At fire and ice they don't bring you food. It's kind of like Mongolian BBQ for all foods.

It's all you can eat, but rather than a buffet, it's an interactive grill and bar. You choose food to have cooked on a Mongolian style grill. On weekends there's a bit more if a variety during brunch where you can choose from their regular daytime options or indulge in breakfast items such as pancakes and French toast.
