The lady that took our order was insanely rude at the speaker huffing and puffing yelling at us and sucking her teeth through speakers. When we finally got to the window she was swearing at us and staring into the car asking if we had a problem. very toxic location

This franchise owner does not care about the well-being of their customers in the drive-thru. Instead of spending the money for proper awnings or overhangs around the menu and order window they rather cheap and not install them or just install a tiny one over window. So if it's raining do not use the drive-thru You will get drenched.

Although this KFC was understaffed and under pressure, they prepared our order in a reasonable amount of time. But, more importantly, because we had to settle for a combination of regular and extra crispy chicken, the manager discounted our order 50%! And the chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and biscuits were exceptional. We've always been impressed by the food from this KFC franchise.
