New management who continuously seem to strive to make this park a better place to live at. Very pleasant people live here.

Quiet, peaceful and they have the cutest tiny little dog named Sophia as one of their residents 😉!

I have lived here over 5yrs. Common Wealth is the property management and the on site managers they hired run this park like a dictatorship they harass through tenants they think they are God! Don't buy a home here trailers are old and not worth what they try to sell them for...worth maybe $2,000 and they try to sell them for $8,000 and up if you see Common Wealth run fast. If you try to get a hold of anyone at Commonwealth which is the property management company here and specifically the area manager the response you get is speak to the on site manager which is the problem and why he's being contacted! The only way I've heard of anyone getting an answer is by sending a signature required letter. All the tenants hear is that we need to show/give respect to the on site manager... We would if we ever got any. Every week more people are leaving because of the harassment, disrespect, rudeness and out right meanness by management. The only reason more aren't complaining is out of fear of eviction and having their homes stolen by these people. There are many complaints filed with the state. Several law suits pending and more to come. They all need to be fired now. There are a few who "like" management but that's because they're are snitches who do her dirty work by telling her things that are usually wrong. There are so many "no trespassing" signs up because she thinks she doesn't have to give a 24hr notice to enter our areas which is incorrect. If you do get a notice it's usually around 4-5pm and wants in by 8am do the math. I pay $60 a month to store a pick up and 5th wheel and have to give a 24hr notice because she keeps it locked. She disappear for a week recently without informing the tenets and another tenet needed their RV someone has a key...one of her pets... and she accused several people of unlocking it. I'll stop here because I could be here all day there is so much more signed a prisoner I mean a tenet. I saw a review stating no one responds to the tenets and this is very true. Onsite manager will only speak to you during office hours (1-3pm) three days a week. Still don't understand why we have an onsite manager with those hours...she lives rent free in a three bdrm house, the use of several out buildings, keeps areas looked that our lease states are to be open during certain hours...recroom can only be used if she receives a 24hr notice and a $25 deposit is given and the onsite tenet storage area is chained and locked and must give same notice. Tenets who have items pay a monthly fee and no one pays the same amount. I have a 5th wheel stored there and because management is so difficult to deal with I found out the last time I was there the roof had collapsed in the area of the refrigerator a repair I'm unable to afford because of not being able to work on vehicles, rent increases and having to pay for over priced water meters that was installed that we have to pay for for 5yrs and won't own. Recently an RV was vandalized and owner was unaware of it and other tenets were not informed so that they could not inspect their property. Tenets received nothing in writing stating the change regarding these issues. There is a mice infestation in the park that was brought to managements attention at least three years ago and was told the tenets brought them in. She has trapped and removed all ferral cats including some pets, they are to stay in your home at all times. Several of us have tried to contact main property management but the response/feedback we got was to talk to onsite manager...what does that tell you. She has been turned into the state for how she treats tenets (yes there's a department you can contact) and taken to court and lost for what she does but she's still here. If you are lucky to talk to someone they tell us to treat her with respect that's fine but not until she treats us that way. We are all low income tenets and homeowners so we can't just pack up and move.

No and you don't want to rent is now $400 plus electronic and water
Would have to. Contact office not sure
There is no wait list. The rent just went up in October putting it at about $405 and the deposit is the same. Garbage is about all that's included in the rent and that maybe changing. We pay for water plus the meter it's reading and sewer taxes and so on. There is a recroom but a $25 deposit to use it. It is a senior mobile home park. It's ran by a property management company and on site manager is horrific. Please try to find a different please. I have left a long review of this place so please take a look at what goes on here. Have a good day.
It is a senior mobile home park so you must be 55 or older to live here it is pet friendly as long as it meets the guidelines. Management is very strict and picky on who can have which pets she doesn't care for cats at all.
Yes but you won't be happy here very stressful management
