I went to go pick up my husband’s order this morning 7/29/2022 and it was suppose to be brought to me at the curbside but wasn’t. I sat there for a good 20 minutes or so but no one came out to my car to hand it to me. When it says curbside it means curbside not sit the order on the shelf and making the customer wait for their order when it was suppose to be curbside not pick up inside. My husband ordered the food before 9:50 this morning but I came and sat in the spot 4 for at least 20 minutes. It almost got to the point that my husband was mad. I don’t know what’s wrong with the employees there but they need to do better when doing orders for customers online or at the store. This place hasn’t gotten worse with the employees.When I came inside after my husband called them the food was cold when it suppose to be hot and fresh. Employees need to understand that customers want their food hot and fresh. Do better or find someone who can do their job as hired.

This is a nice place to pick for family gatherings breakfast and dinner. Great hospitality. They also have a very nice gift shipping center. My favorite were the old fashioned candy that I haven't seen since I was a child. I love my experience and I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Hadn't been in a Cracker Bartel for awhile. Met out of town family there and 6 of us had great food Like every place else, you'll have to wait awhile for a table but you can sit outside on the rocking chairs. Our servicer was very friendly and prompt. Food came out quickly and was nice and hot.
