The chicken yakisoba is absolutely delishious. They give you a lot of chicken with the noodles and the veggies are so yummy. I also love their egg rolls. Would definitely recommend!

To whom it may concern, I am completely DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED with the interaction I received this evening while picking up my food at the Ninja Bowl in Forest Grove. I typically order over the phone and pick up my food but tonight I went in at 6:11 PM to personally place my order. At the time both girls working in the front were very nice, especially since I was placing cash in their tip jar. I was on a phone call while I was waiting. I went to check on my order after waiting almost 20 minutes. I asked both of the girls where my order was and had to go back to my car for the receipt because they couldn’t find it and acted as if they didn’t realize I had just been there. After waiting about five minutes I asked one of the girls about my order and if it was just now being made. She went on to say that someone else had taken off with my order and now I have to wait. There was no apology no sympathy, it was what it was in her eyes. I’m now waiting an additional 20 minutes for my order. When I walked back in to ask for my order I politely asked for an additional amount of teriyaki sauce and chili sauce. I noticed her only throw one in the bag when I stated that I wanted some additional. Her rude and sarcastic response was there were some already in the bag. My response to her was I understand that but I asked for more.! I went on to let her know that I didn’t appreciate her being rude and unapologetic for the mistake they made with my food. I am bringing this to your attention because this is not the first nor the second time that I have run into issues at this location and with the staff that work there. I have special ordered food and by the time I get home it is not what I ordered and of course the restaurant is closed and no one is answering. I have yet to receive an apology and some sort of compensation for the lack of customer service and food that I purchase from this establishment. I would appreciate someone’s attention in regards to this issue. Completely DISAPPOINTED..! Jamie Ramirez

First time. Ordered the half and half bit did not mention I wanted the yokisoba option. Received two rice scoops instead. Oops my bad but manager was so nice to offer me a new plate. Instead I asked just for a small bowl of noodles. Service par excellant. Tasty buck buck 🐔 . Food was great and the free miso soup makes it a 5 star locale. Constant line of customers. Will be back
