Robert explained the job, the expectations of what the cleaning I purchased would bring, and the cost to do the job. Again very professional. The job was completed effectively and efficiently. Carpet MD were professional but also took time to take a personal interest in you. They arrived on time and got the job done in a timely matter but didn't rush through. They even did some carpet repair from damage our dog did when she was a puppy. They gave us a bottle of carpet cleaner for spot cleaning too. Would recommend to anyone.
