Food is just ok for fast food. They usually mess something up with my order; (ordered a six piece chicken mcnuggets and there was only four in the box), sometimes part of my order is missing, fries aren't always fresh or hot. If it wasn't for my kids liking it and my love for their iced coffee and caramel frappes then we would never go there.

Garbage food, but I had to go because of others in the group. Iced tea was okay. Naturally I got an order of fries. $5.03 and all I had was a 20. The cashier was ready to toss in the 3 cents from her own pocket. I told her I greatly appreciated the gesture, but I couldn't accept it and charged the order to my card. It's the people, not always the product that makes or breaks the experience. Because of her, and ONLY her, I rate it 5 stars.

Incredibly fast and efficient, All the staff are friendly, curious and kind. The play place is now open too! Fully revamped! Edit: Play place is no longer available.

Very disappointed, even with a recent remodel. One little short counter, and after waiting for about 10 minutes someone finally appeared from the back. Ordered two gravy biscuits, one cinnamon roll, and an apple fritter. Roll and fritter were stone cold after waiting over 20 minutes to get the order. Employees bringing bags of food out to customers inside and mobile orders outside. Got looked at like we were an interference in their day. There's no condiments or a drink supply area at all. One man in line was just wanting a cup of ice, and had to wait 15 minutes just to get that. Whole place very cold, inpersonable, and just an allover feeling of why am I even in here. Never ever again will I set a foot back in that place.
