Very disappointed.. I had a phone that was paid for and I put it on my plan for my son my son somehow locked it and the art store can’t unlock it and says I can’t take the phone off.. can’t upgrade til December.. so I’m paying for a line I cannot eve use..their suggestion is to go get him a straight talk phone and buy him a card.. ok but I have to continual to pay for a line that we never used and can’t use?? Anything to make a buck..

I wanted to switch two phones from my standard AT&T post-pay plan to AT&T Prepaid and AT&T customer service wasn't able to do it over the phone so I went to this retail location. The two employees went above and beyond taking care of me and my family, they even put on the TV my kid's favorite cartoon show. The process for one of the phones was difficult but they didn't give up and after about an hour both phones were switched over and worked perfectly. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I highly recommend this store.
