Went out of my way to specifically donate clothes for disaster victims and they are closed in the middle of the day during the week, so much for trying to do the right thing?

If you can’t respect an appointment time why should anyone bother making an appointment? Fix your appointment system to ensure accuracy or provide a range of times not an exact appointment.
