First package was damaged by these guys and shipped back to business without being notified. Business ships out a second package to me. Second package is now "Operational Delay No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day" Get your ish together.

Very disappointed, went there with 3 different shipments had 28 fragile items to out in the 3 boxes and they didn't attempt to try and help package anything but was sure to charge for every single piece if stuffing I found out I had to purchase, definitely not returning I'll be going to a different office the serves the customer better.... She literally stood there talking to a co-worker and watched me while there was ZERO other customers there besides me!

Super helpful staff, very friendly. Always able to provide very fast, professional service with no problems. If there are glitches or delays, they post them ASAP which is so useful. I've used other locations in other cities & states that take 10+.minutes just to scan in a preprinted, prepaid label to give.me a receipt. Moses Lake FedEx is the best.
