The front staff are hugely unhelpful and there's always 3-4 people sitting behind the desk yet no one ever answers the phone. The doctors are all balls deep in big pharma and care more about pills than quality of life for their patients. If you can go anywhere else GO. The joys of welfare. 🙄

They don't care about there patients. If you call to make a appointment. They're response is there is no appointments JUST GO TO ER. It will be understandable 1 or 2 times but 5 to 10 times don't waste your time and go somewhere else for a provider.

Absolutely horrible wait times.... I would seriously recommend ANY other pharmacy except this one. We have sat in the lobby for 3+ hours waiting for a single prescription to get filled and you can see all the staff in a group making comments about patients... if you don't live down the block from it, good luck getting your prescriptions the same day. Except for MAYBE 2 employees, the pharmacy staff is extremely rude, won't help you in anyway, and will prolong your wait times if you ask for the status of your meds. Like I said ANY pharmacy is better then Moses Lake Community Health. Don't waste your time or your money.

I wish I could give zero stars. This clinic has fallen apart, and the covid excuse can only excuse so much at this point. The wait times when calling for an appointment are extreme. I've overheard the staff complaining about working there and about their constant covid policy changes for staff on more than one occasion. Getting test results are nearly impossible, and sometimes even literally impossible. (I had a test a couple months ago where I was told when they would call in a few days with the results. Two weeks went by with no call, so I called again requesting someone call me. No one ever called with those results, and it's been two months.) Spanish speaking staff talk about you in Spanish right in front of you if you're an English only speaker, though, this has been an issue for forever. And no one is on the same page anymore. Heaven forbid if you have a question about policies or practices, because out of a half dozen people, you'll get 6 different and conflicting responses. The only reason to go here is if you enjoy rude providers making assumptions about you for your weight and then lie to your face when you call them out for it. The staff is clearly having a hard time, the patients are having a hard time, and all that's being created is chaos. The clinic is on fire, and administration is roasting marshmallows while watching it burn. Go anywhere else. I highly recommend Samaritan. You'll be better off for it.
