For some time now many of my friends have competed in the Tuesday Mens Soccer League 18+. The past couple of seasons the referees have become very biased against people of color and it clearly shows. They act unprofessional on the field and allow teams to make the calls that they need. At times, they do not watch the game and they wait for a reaction to see how badly a player was hurt in order to make a call. A few weeks ago a player took an elbow to the head which was an intentional hit, and the other person was not ejected. This player had a concussion and could not see out of his right eye for a couple of minutes. There is constant carelessness in these leagues from the referees. No professionalism is present and there are zero consequences for very dangerous actions. If you want to know the truth about how this place is ran, pay attention to the one star reviews.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are very clean and almost always in working order. The issues (that have been brought on due to the pandemic) are the hours and lack of classes (specifically yoga). It really needs to open up at 5am so members can get a workout in, shower and be ready for their 7:30am job. Closing at 8 doesn't really work either as it's usually crowded after work at 5 with everyone needed to cram in the gym session with in 3 hours. I will most likely and unfortunately be switching gyms to accommodate my 7-5 job. I would like to chat to a representative to see if there are any plans in place to accommodate these issues.

My daughter went there for preschool and it turned out to be a great decision putting her there. The teachers there were outstanding and extremely nice. My daughter had Miss Michelle for her last teacher and she was very nice and my daughter life her a lot.

Amazing swim / spa facility, probably the nicest pool in any YMCA anywhere. 12 or so lanes, no-wave gutters and plenty of deck space and also a kid play area. There are spas, saunas and spacious locker rooms. I am just visiting from San Jose but I hear the rest of the facility is topnotch. It's also right off the 5. You who live near here are so lucky.

No, but they have a schedule that shows when the Basketball courts are being used for other activities, in which they will close the basketball courts and will not be available for the public.
Just give them a call I think they even have a monthly schedual for the classes and events!!! Or better yet just stop by they give out free day passes for new members to try out the facilities.
Yes
The "Y" IS currently open!
Masters swim in on the pool schedule for the competition pool. Masters swim uses 8 of 11 lanes for 1hr 15min so, during that time there are still three lanes available for drop in swimmers.
