I just helped my adopted dad move into Seacrest last week and I have to say it was the most incredible experience from start to finish.Matt was incredible to us and my dad is so happy in his new home..They all went out of their way to make him feel at home from the very first day.We all know that moving can sometimes be a very stressful experience especially at 84 years old but it was a flawless and perfect experience..Seacrest is simply amazing..thank you SO much

Outstanding care for my Mother after broken hip and operation. She stayed in the Goldberg section of this facility for 19 days. Every single staff-member we encountered was wonderful, kind, caring, and ensured my Mom received excellent care. The food was top-notch and the entire facility sparkling clean. The grounds are gorgeous, too with koi pond, putting green, bbq, and numerous patio lounge areas. My family members and I were there a minimum of 8 hours a day, so we saw first-hand how they care for the patients. We appreciated their attention to detail, always being careful of my Mom's privacy and dignity. They have activities every day, and PT + OT 6 days a week. The security is very good too: front desk and all doors are secure. We worked closely with Lydia (CNA), Marcia (Admissions), Thai (CNA our favorite!), Arlene (PT), Rosalinda (CNA), Jackie (OT), Rebecca (CNA), Athena (OT), Raquel & Armando (CNA)...and I'm sure I forgot some of the names. If we ever have to go back to a skilled nursing facility, heaven forbid, I would not hesitate for one second to return to this facility.

This place does not live up to there reputation by any means. There are insufficient and lack care and responsibility. My expierence with this place I was a part employee on the weekends. During my hiring process it took this company more than 3 weeks to process all if the steps needed for hire plus and all day meaningless orientation. Each and every step they needed to review my resume contact references preform a background check medical and a separate drug and tb test. I was not allowed to complete all of these task in 1 day instead I had to wait until each step was complete before I could continue to the next phase which is redundant. Given my limited availability to work for this company and over my contract which they hired my at weekend only this process took 3-4 weeks and they stated they would pay me for it. They still have not paid me for it. They wanted me to come in for an all day orientation outside of my work schedule and told me they would pay me for it but never did. I completed most of the tasks required online vs having to come in for it. I work 96 hrs a week and told them I would be available after 8 am on the weekends per my contract hire details and they were ridiculous immature and mad when I was not able to arrive at 7 am or even 730 am. I waited 3 weeks on them to complete there mundane and pointless tasks, and when I had to call off one weekend due to severe car trouble; they claimed I was having to many problems showing up and fired me via EMAIL (I am not a disgruntled employee I am just pointing out that my time was wasted). And never paid me for my hrs worked. DUE TO LACK IF PAYMENT THIS COMPANY IN IN THE PROCESS OF LAWSUT FOR VILOATION OF CALIFORNIA LAW. therefore would you really want to be apart of a company that had legal issues??? Would you want to work for that company or even pay them as a customer to look after you family in need?? I have seen first hand that this company does not value there employees which intern care for the customers. So in retrospect there priorities do not involve there customers clients or employees. Would you like to work or become a client of such a company? Would you trust this company with your time monet carrer choice? Would you trust this company with your family? Care to find out the hard way what will happen with that trust?

RACIST.RACIST.RACIST. Can I say more? ... Probably not enough. I stopped by this evening to ask a few questions but didn't get any answers because of the sick service I received. Not only was I approached in a negative way, on my way in, but when I was directed to the correct location the women working the front desk Pati, I believe her name is, an elderly white women with short gray hair; was so nasty and rude she didn't want to answer any of my questions, she looked at me as if I was about to rob them, she talked to me in a demeaning tone, etc. I pretty much left in tears because of the negativity I received from her. I have never IN MY LIFE encountered such horrible service in a healthcare setting and I honestly believe that it was because I am African American. I didn't realize that there was still racism in California especially in a such a nice, prestige community. I will never EVER ! refer a friend, family member, or even an enemy to this place. I did not feel welcomed at all ! If I were to have my parents stay here, I would fear for the care they would receive. I will not be returning here, and hope others will follow... You all should really work on your customer service and try and enroll some of your workers ( ie. PATI OR PAT) into classes that enlighten them on racism and equality. We're in the 21st century people now a days have equal rights meaning : I had every right to be there and also you shouldn't judge others by the color of their skin, ethnicity, or religion.
