I was hired to do flooring installations on several units from Pacifica Senior Living Encinitas. Job was completed; but payment has not been received. Their management, Melissa(site Director), Miriam Palos (Manager), and Jesus Diaz (Director of Maintenance) have been ignoring my emails and calls about the outstanding invoices since March 2022. I’m in disbelief in their negligence towards their vendors. I am hopeful that their boss has returned from his trip from London to remit payment (This has been one of their many excuses for not making the payment). To finalize, it is my sincere hope for Pacifica Senior Living Encinitas to make some revisions to their commitment and core values to include all their vendors to be treated with full transparency, respect, and honesty.

With in the short time working with Encinitas Pacifica Ive really enjoined bonding with my residents and my carestaff. I personally enjoy seeing how great everyone works together & enjoy their jobs. I love how personal they take each residents needs & strive to give the best care possible, and the cooking is delicious!! Highly recommended! You will enjoy your stay!! Stop by and say hello ❤️
