The parking lot is extremely crowded. With many people having electric cars the spaces to charge, we're full. They need to have more electric plug-in stations because people in that area do have electric cars. In the time I was there the exit wasn't working properly so cars were backed up. If an exit isn't working properly they should just keep the gate open and let cars leave it's their fault not the customer's fault.

I don't know that there is a monthly fee. We parked for a day with no fee.

At what point do they stop charging for parking?

UTC parking exit. How does it know that you have been shopping less than two hours forfree parking.

Same question we had. We noticed that it was taking pictures of license plates and we didn't even have to put our card in for the gates open. Additionally you get a paper ticket you can insert in the machine when you check out and it reads the time on that ticket. But again it looked like it just read our license plate, and let us out without using a ticket
