We ordered online and went to the pickup parking spot. We waited 20 minutes, and no one came out. We tried to go through the drive through, but there were several cars, and it was not moving. Dining room was closed. We left. There is no easy way to get a refund in the app, and the contact form from corporate says they referred to the local store. We went to Sheetz instead.

I drove to window to pay and said hi, handed my money, the Young lady didn't say anything. She a disgusting look on her face, return change, I said thank you please enjoy your shift. I will not return here. Fries and burger was warm.

McDonald's is a multi billion dollar corporation. Each store serves about 100 orders an hr. They can afford constant complaints without any apparent solutions to each complaint. The next customers keep on rolling in. The flow of money never stops.

Yes they do. The minimum is 14 years old and the only positions are crew members.
Future reference always ask the employers do they offer on the job training.
