Food was fresh, good charbroiled burger. Didn't care for the big tomato slice on my burger but everything else was good.

How can you order food and it's on the receipt BUT when you get home it's WRONG!!! This happened on Kester Mill Rd. In Winston Salem. I paid 13.08 for a meal me and my wife didn't enjoy!

I dunno. We were going to try this Cook Out near Wal Mart but with an overwhelming amount of reviews about rude staff, bad service and constantly wrong orders maybe we should skip it? What do you folks think?

It's been a month or so since I've been to that location (our offices moved), but I went regularly for a long time. Service was always quick and very friendly. I've reviewed this Cook Out. Unless anything has changed in the last month, they're great!

Do you have a program were your employees can go to train at another store and you fit the bill I was told by a employee that you are now giving bonus of 945 dollars for flight and motel as well as regular pay I have been in the fast. Food business
