I ordered 2 Big King burgers for lunch , when I got back to work and open the bag to give my co worker her Burger. The cashier gave us 2 double cheeseburgers ( wrong burgers) but the double cheeseburgers were made fresh. Maybe next time I will get the Big King and open my bag while I am there.🤔

Ordered the whoppers with cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo. They charge $.60 extra for a slice of cheese. Halfway through our burgers & we realized there was no cheese! They could do better with their quality service.

Ok so.... I'm not pleased... My order should have been simple enough. The only alteration I made was to add cheese. Well why is my burger absolutely WRONG!?! I can't eat this. I feel sick looking at it. They didn't have any tea left. I'm like WHAT!!! I let that slide. The new funnel cake fries are very nasty. You don't get very many and they just aren't right. They have great breakfast, but tend to screw up that order too! I'm so hungry right now. I want to take this back but I have an infant at home. Not to mention it's late and raining! I'm not impressed! I called them and they acted like they couldn't hear me. I just can't believe these people!!

Service does seem to be slow most of the time and they are out of a things a lot of times. I think the Summit Avenue store has the lowest reviews of the three Burger Kings in Greensboro. West Wendover store has the highest rating
That is a good question. I don't work for Burger King. I would call corporate and let them know.
Yes, you should have asked the cashier at the time. It sounds like you're coupon was not accepted.
