Zero stars. This branch had me jump through hoops to get assistance. I was finally granted an EBT card. Within a couple of months I found a job and came in to report the change and turn in my card figuring I would no longer be eligible for the benefits. After reporting my change, I slid the card to the worker. She slid it back and told me to keep and use it until the next review. When the review came they said I would only be eligible for $6 a month which I respectfully turned down. Approximately 1yr later I received a bill totaling $1,500 +. It was to pay back the money for the time that I was no longer eligible to collect assistance after getting my new job. I returned to this very same office and reminded them of what I came in turn in my EBT card and was told to keep it and continue using it and that I didn't have the money to pay all that back. I was told that they were sorry and that I had no choice but to pay back cuz it was federally loaned money. That was it. The Feds raided my account emptying what I had leaving me $1 in my savings account continuously every quarter without notice until it was all paid up. I will never ask for government assistance again as far as I'm concerned that office could burn in hell.

I sent my report in and it was returned. I lost my benefits because you don't show a suite number on the posted address. How was I to know. Now I have to re apply. Life is already hard when you're dealing with Cancer.

Yes, and cal fresh AKA: food stamps. Tell her to bring all of her documents so they don't have to make her come back ID, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SS CARDS for all those living in the home, PAYSTUBS,RENTAL CONTRACT, UTILITY BILLS.
No, you walk in and take a number. There is someone at the entrance to help direct you and make sure you have the correct paperwork to fill out.
