I really like what they have to offer here. Tree and lake views as well as plenty of amenities. I am in love with the zero entry showers. This place is a whole vibe. I was looking for a multi-gen home, unfortunately they don't have them however there is much to see. I am thinking this place is on the top of my list for a future home.

Toured the neighborhood last Saturday on our own. Appears to be designed well and has many amenities for the $240 HOA monthly fees. Not an expert but the drainage to and from the houses appear to be thought out and executed pretty well. The square footage cost is a little steep in my opinion, and placement of the outside air conditioner units should be looked at. On one home the unit was placed in the back of the house just by a row of windows, and there was no patio off the back door. Not that I'd want to put a patio back there and have an air conditioner unit to see and hear. They did have a small patio off the master bedroom, but I don't want the expense of covering the windowed doors leading to the patio or knowing it's just another door for someone to break into. The biggest draw back for me was it's secluded but you pay the price when you have to go somewhere, almost everything is 15 minutes to a half hour away in good traffic. So there you have it, just an observation from my perspective. Updated 3/6/21, after looking at other developments, family, and 55+ developments I think Imagery isn't much more expensive then a family type development, and though a bit rural it's not as far to certain businesses and attractions in comparison to other developments as I thought. I've rebadged it to a 4 star. 😎 Update 4/11/22 Hi there, just thought I’d mention that it’s still a nice area, I think Lennar could have put more thought into storage for bikes, kayaks etc. Unless you have a 3 car garage you have minimal space in a 2 stall garage for much more than 2 cars and giant garbage, and recycling cans. If your promote an active lifestyle community put your money where your mouth is and make the active lifestyle attainable. I see neighbors building fenced in side patios for their garbage containers because the garages are an after thought for accommodating active lifestyle equipment.

Since I do not work for the Builder, I could not answer that but I would think so.
