We went yesterday and picked some persimmons, jujubes and pomegranates. Maybe another week or two. They weren’t completely ready yet. The Owners were so nice. They are open 8-5 daily. Deft take a ride.

They are open for business. We were there 2 weeks ago and were able to pick jujubes and pomegranates. They had a sign saying mid october is the best time for persimmon picking. We'll definitely be back!

88 cent per lb. Persimmon is not big. The place is huge though. They give you a bucket and a wagon if you need it.

Just called on 10/31/2020, the lady said there are not many persimmon was left and they are green due to the hot weather this year. They are open and it's OK to go to pick up though. Call first to confirm before you go.
Yes, we open 2 weeks into October.
Is persimmon picking open on Friday, October 1, 2021? We are coming all the way from LA. I am trying to call to confirm but your mailbox is full…..
You need to hurry to get the better quality. They've been open for two weeks now. The staff at Bar-2are very friendly. You can pick your own or buy already picked.
they are open every single day 8am to 5pm jujube season is in mid September & persimmon and pomegranate season is in mid October till end of November maybe December
Jujubes in early Sept. Persimmons and pomegranates in mid to late October.
They are opened and they recommend stopping by mid October
October and November
Yes , but very green due to the hot weather. We are open for perssimon picking just for the experience. Everyone is very welcomed we will be open for another week or two. We also have some available here in the stand. :)
They provide bucket and shears.
They're open, but persimmons are still green. We went there on Saturday 10/17. $1 a pound. They'll ripen on kitchen counter eventually.
Last week we were there it wasnt ready but the owner still let us pick them. Owner said third weeks of october!
Hello , we are open but there is very little persimmons to pick on the trees. We provide some here in the stand but the fields are always open for the experience or pictures. Due to the bad weather we will be open for around 1 to 3 weeks if so.
No entry fee. Picked persimmons are paid per lbs Check with them or call if they are still available at this time.
I think so
Yes they are. And you can call them too
Yes they are
Second week of October but you should always call ahead before you plan to make the trip to make sure the persimmons are ready to be picked
Mm maybe not they still dont look close to been ripe
This year(2019) Jujubes have been ready since about the second week of September
They will ready for picking in about two weeks.
They should be ready in about two weeks
Early to mid October is when we will be open at bar 2 ranch possibly late August since the harvest strong this year
No
We are open there's still pomegranates for picking
No more on trees for this year 2018 but still available on the stand already picked you can still come and enjoy picnic with family and friends
This year is already over They are only selling on boxes
I drove past last weekend, but I didn't even see the sign. Don't know if they are still there. Probably best to call
We open in September for jujubes then in the end of October pomegranates and persimmons are ready we are not open all year
I am in no way associated with the ranch. I was a customer.
Dunno. The place is not mine and i don't work there.
If you go on any day from 8 to 1030 am you can speak to the owner about getting the trees
I think they mainly have persimmons and pomegranates but those are past season now. There are other orange groves in the area. Your best bet is probably to just go for a joyride and see if you can find and Orchard where you can pick.
Beautyful place I like it. I will buy more persimmons next year 2018. And they are nice people in pauma.....
I don't know. You should called the farm...
I think they don't open on Thanksgiving.
