The site we got was small, and lacked the camping atmosphere. We where surrounded by 3 walls and didn't even have a fire pit. For 60$ I was expecting a bit more. Just a note in response to the owner. The wind was not over 10mph. And yes this was the correct place.

Fine for a night. Hard to get into and low trees. Recreation room hasn’t been updated in 30 years.

I did a last minute camp out there last week. I didn't see a dump station(wasn't looking for one either) . But on the other hand this place has long term RVs staying there. Just saying.
About $525.00, monthly incl.space rent Water sewage & electric ,there is a small store with some food sundry item's BBQ accessories, drinks,ice, firewood & a helpful staff for direction's & input on local venues & activities in the area.
Yes, there are discounted rates for weekly as well as monthly paid reservations,check online,phone or in person.
