I have been to this store in the past. I currently live in D.C. and was in town for the week. I decided to come visit this store since it was in the area. I came in to purchase my son a soccer ball for practice. I can say the customer service here was on point. I was assisted by Griselda and provided a great experience. This is what customer service should be about. I will be returning in my next visit to LA. They have great stuff.

Overpriced and shoddy customer service. Not only are the cleats + Trainers way over priced compared to Amazon or other retailers but the customer service is terrible. I bought a pair of cleats, tried them and returned them within 6 days as identified for a refund. The shopping assistant kept running back and forth between the manager who wasn't present or interested at all in helping me with my refund. The refund / exchange was then declined due to the cleats not having the tags on the product, however they were identical to the other cleats in the store. End result, I will never again support my local store and take my business elsewhere.
