First time visiting and I already love the place~ The staff was very nice, particularly Eric and Haylee who were super helpful throughout the entire experience. I didn't like the walkthrough for safety procedures, not because of any fault of the staff, but just because I'm an impatient dork and Haylee was exceptionally thorough. So thorough that she left us without a single question worth asking! She did an amazing job, is what I mean to say. My friend and I both felt welcome and well informed and we climbed until our arms gave out. Overall, I enjoyed it and will be coming back the next chance I get!

Friendly staff , lots of space for gym and warming up . Walls for lead and top rope look truly spectacular. Boulder wise , I find them a tad unbalanced compared to boulder only gyms and a bit boring . Route setters have made an effort to set up lots of V0-V2s for learning techniques but they occupy most of the vertical walls leaving the rest of higher Vs on the overhang sections . A traverse would have also been a nice addition . Apart from that definitely solid routes .

Great facility! Update. Been coming for 3 years and the place is still great! The staff are helpful and friendly, the gym is well maintained, and my son loves the youth program.

I’ve been climbing at Sender One since 2017 and it’s been an amazing experience. I was new to climbing at the time, but never did I feel judged or anything for not knowing what I was doing lol. Since then I ended up working there during college bc I liked it so much! The staff are always extremely friendly and they’ve become my community, and some my friends. The bouldering, lead, and top rope options are always really solid. The middle large lead wall called “the torch” is an amazing section that is great for training for outdoor big rock.

Definitely. It's a gym. I go alone all the time. Bouldering is also a rock climbing activity that most do alone and it's an awesome gym to experience bouldering

Adults are welcome to participate in the majority of our programs and events. If it is a party in Sender City, it is up to the party hosts (usually birthday kid's parents) whether or not adults are included in their climber number. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
