Philip was at the pay station entering the car wash and he made my day! He was trying to help a customer who was elderly work out there payment and thought I had been waiting to long and was trying to help everyone with such a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I wish I came across that kind of customer service everywhere but unfortunately we know people like Philip are rare and I think it’s important to acknowledge how awesome he really is!

None of the vacuums are working. Only one is closer to the vacuum. Pictures are attached for the car washing . Loyal customer, for what I’m paying?

Snagged the Christmas special membership and have loved Zips every time I go. Jami was really nice and helpful with the setup process, and everyone I’ve encountered there is equally as friendly. The automatic car wash itself is the best one I’ve driven through, and the vacuum suction provides an actually-efficient solution to all the dog hair accumulating every week. Definitely a great value with the membership if you plan on going at least few times a month.

Super clean and very friendly staff - I worked with Phillip. I am from out of town and just randomly pulled in to clean the car before heading back out. Was surprised to see how friendly they were at the front and how smooth the process was. Car looks great and we are back on the road. Thank you Phillip! Highly recommend!
