I had the best experience today at Autobell. I have 2 white dogs and black interior. They were able to get most of the hair out which is hard to do!! Matthew the attendant was very nice and super professional and he did an excellent job on my car!

I came in shortly before closing, and Bryan, Jordan, Matthew, And Ari did an absolutely amazing job on my car. It was completely spotless. They were so incredibly nice and welcoming.

This car wash shows absolutely no care for their customers and their vehicles. Went there once on the way home and came to find lots of damage on my vehicle and when this damage was brought to supervisor attention, they did nothing but deny and claim it wasn't their fault despite me coming directly out of the wash. Tread carefully, worth driving further for a different and more customer friendly car wash. Trash place.

Update: I submitted the response form they asked me to, but never heard back. Unimpressed. Everyone here has always been very nice, but the last couple of times I’ve been to this location, the cleanings have been pretty bad. The photos I’m attaching are after the interior cleaning service was done. I am unlimited member, and while I don’t expect a perfectly detailed car, to still have hair, dirt, and splatter spots is pretty bad.
